KFC Pakistan: Poor Quality of Service
KFC Pakistan is one of Pakistan’s largest fast food chains with its Zinger Burger being the favorite among the Pakistanis. KFC Pakistan is destination of food loving masses and the management of KFC Pakistan seems to have taken it lightly by offering the quality and service that is way below the standard. Have a look at following serving from KFC:
Absence of glass covers can easily be noticed. And it’s not the first time, sometimes they’ll serve you Fries in a plate, you’ll get burger wrapped in a piece of paper and even more. Even while ordering for it, I saw a person complaining about the quality of KFC Rice as they looked like baked some 2 days back. Add to this the “Next counter please” messages at each but one counter on the outlet coupled with delay in orders and the scenario gets even worse.
The purpose of posting it here is just to remind the KFC management to take care of quality of service and make sure you have proper equipment to serve the orders. Or you should please STOP coming up with “new products” if you don’t have the capacity and resources to offer those.
Note: This is based upon repeated poor quality of service at KFC Y-Block, DHA Lahore.

i agree with that. i was a regular visitor of kfc. Once they gave us chips for two persons in one paper plate. At one time, they did not have large glass of pepsi (i guess they call it upsize or something like that). Burgers are sometimes too spicy and some times bread used in it is not of good standard.

I ordered 3 hours ago in Islamabad chicken parts to be delivered at my home and was told that delivery would be in 30 minutes. I called after 1 1/2 hours to inquire about the status of my order. The lady at KFC told me that there was no such order. It’s not the first time that this happens to me, however, I will definitely stop placing order at KFC. KFC leaves me hungry and frustrated.

Rashid Saeed is very Right, I am Resident of Rawalpindi and goes often at KFC Sadder. it is their Routine that they most of the time put tags of “Next Counter Please”.. makes too much Rush, getting delayed orrders and even tha Staff,…”Like They are Serving you free, Hving Angry facial Expressions, no serving attitude there…”
and just go there and see the filthy looks, ahhhhhhh..
Rashid Saeed is a person to appericate, At Least He starrted to Show the KFC, their True Face…

I have neaver had a Zinger burger in my life as of yet,as there are No halal KFC’s here!!!
I would have thought KFC’s in pakistan or in fact any other Fast food chain would have great service etc but it just goes to show I suppose!!
Its august middle of summer here and its raining like mad outside (sorry just having a winge)

you all are noting that the quality of food is poor. nobody is bothering about the QUEUE in which all of you have to stand for a long time to place your order.
Remember you people are paying for having these bloody poor things but you not feeling the insult that you are facing in standing the QUEUES.

If it was about standing in queue while ordering, its affordable to some extent as we have to queue up for quite many things, from paying utility bills to getting flour. But it is the quality of service that a brand promises and fails to deliver that sucks.

I agree, that KFC is one of the most pathetic places to visit in islamabad (super market). Highly UNprofessional staff, no service ethics, and most common is “next counter please” – no matter u go @ midnight, lunch or dinner time. Staff is generally lazy and lethargic. They compete an inch with McDonald’s….

I just had the chance to pick a zinger from the H block Defence, Lahore, Pakistan outlet & it was one of the most disappointing & poor services I�ve ever come across.
Four counters, three were serviceable and hardly one boy was behind the counter at one time. Less staff was obviously visible as compared to mc-donalds where I stopped earlier to pick stuff for children. No air-conditioning. Guys standing in queue were already sweating like anything, it was shining on the fore heads of counter-boys too and I failed to understand that how people sitting were having their food. On complaining to boy behind counter regarding this poor show he replied sir please do that as they dont listen to us this way they might react. Anyway I was very disgusted at such a presentation which compelled me to mail this.

I am totally agree with Rashed about poor quality of food serving, I want to share my experience here , I want to kfc gulshan Karachi in Ramadan and found that there was quaint verses playing on speaker and no one was listing it and all people were just chatting and eating so I ask manager to stop this as Its prohibited in Islam do not quranic verse if no one listing but the rude manager was in kitchen dealing with staff rudely said I am Listing. I was shocked when I got response from a kfc manager who don’t how to deal with customer . I hope kfc management will listen this and a corrective action against it .

These days, KFC’s quality standards are appalling. A few weeks back, I ordered a mighty zinger for delivery at night. Only when I started eating did I notice that the cheese was rotten, and the chicken smelt as if it had been reheated again and again. It was quite a disappointing experience for someone like me who has always had a great appetite for KFC’s Zinger Burger

I suggest all these comments should be emailed not only to the KFC franchise owners in Pakistan, but also to the KFC’s international brand owners, so that they get to know about the poor service and substandard food their outlets offer here.

The quality standard at KFC has literally deteriorated over the years. It is not the KFC it used to be. The quality of stuff is not worth paying so much. If the standard remains the same, I see a very bleak future of KFC in pakistan.

Dear Sir,
I just want to add few words regarding the poor service Given by the KFC. I placed an order for the two meals comprising of three pieces chicken plus fries and drink each alongwith two arabian rice on 21-12-2010 at around 7.50 pm for home delivery as i had few guests at my place. The booking person confirmed to deliver the items in thirty minutes but it was delivered after an hour and irony of fate when i opened the box to serve there were only 04 pieces of chicken, so i called back to customer services which assured that it was done erroneously and the missing items shall be delivered in 15 to 20 mins but there was no delivery after the expiry of said time and i again talked to the customer services who gave another break of twenty mins but to no avail, in the meanwhile i managed my guests by getting some other food items.
Finally i talked to the customer services manager and registered a complaint regarding poor service standard of kfc who in return excused and delivered the items in twenty minutes so i got the order finally at 10.25pm after two hours and thirty five minutes.
To narrate all this i just want to attaract the attention of KFC authorities that its an international food chain with a vision and mission, so keep up the standards and don’t tarnish the image of KFC by providing such a pathetic service.

I agree wholeheartedly with the you and the many others who have complained about the customer service of KFC in pakistan. What’s really sad is that it keeps getting worse day by day. I found the KFC international feedback form which directly contacts Yum Foods who are the actual franchise owners. The duty Manager Mr. Umhar duty manger harshly refused to entertain our order which was more then the KFC home deliver limits.Please tell me where your customer go as an excuse he told that jail broad is ranch is under construction so he can not take the order. Even it is your other branch. I am harmed very badly and my guest lauagh on me?
